了丰富疫情期间学生居家学习生活，让线上教学更有味、更有爱，鼓励孩子勤动手，懂感恩，重庆市涪陵外国语学校于12月3日特举办了“美食‘云’上秀 厨艺大比拼”小学部线上厨艺大赛。

三年级的孩子们积极响应并踊跃参加此次厨艺大赛。他们利用课余时间，系上围裙，挽起袖子，在家长的帮助下，将寻常食材演绎成一道道美味佳肴。

柴米油盐酱醋糖，勾调出万千美味；蒸煮炒焖爆炸煎，烹饪出百种佳肴。通过云端的照片视频，我们似乎闻到了鲜浓醇厚的香气，尝到了热冷咸甘的滋味。还有同学们那洋溢的张张笑脸告诉我们，只要用心经营，生活必定是温馨和谐的。在疫情还未消散的当下，美食与爱同样不辜负，爱美食更要爱生活。

本次大赛孩子们准备充分，积极参赛。有些孩子首次下厨，如履薄冰，有些孩子如庖丁解牛，胸有成竹，但无论娴熟与否，每一位同学都像科学家一般严谨，艺术家一样热忱，一丝不苟、精心雕琢，最终用辛勤和汗水换来了硕果累累，为我们呈现了涪外学子的独特风采。

Some of the children were cooking for the first time, so they exercised great care, while others were working as full of experience. However, no matter they were skilled or not, every one of them was as rigorous as scientists and as enthusiastic as artists. They were meticulous and they finally got fruitful results with their hard work , showing us the unique style of our school’s students.

人间烟火味，最抚凡人心。通过本次线上厨艺大赛，孩子们不仅缓解了身心压力，调整了心理状态，丰富了学习生活，更重要的是深刻体会到了生活的百般滋味、千般不易，这使得他们能够更好地投入到今后的学习当中，也为我们打赢疫情防控阻击战注入了精神动力。
