学习之美，在于探索知识海洋的无穷奥秘；劳动之美，在于享受自食其力时的身心愉悦。为了确保学生居家学习的课堂的丰富、充实，发挥劳动的独特育人作用，涪陵外国语学校小学部开展了——美食“云”上秀，厨艺大比拼的主题劳动实践活动。

"吃是一本学问，谈吃更是一门学问!"这次烹饪实践活动让劳动教育走进生活，从“课本”到“生活”，从知识到实践，不仅增长了孩子们的厨艺知识，提高了孩子们的生活技能，锻炼了孩子们的动手能力，还让他们体会到了劳动的快乐，感受到了父母劳动的不易，让孩子们在劳动中成长，在劳动学会感恩，努力成为手中有活，眼中有光，心中有爱的涪外好少年。
译：“Eating is a learning, and talking about eating is also a learning!” This cooking practice activity integrates labor education into our daily life.This activity, organized from“textbook”to“life”, from knowledge to practice, not only increases the children's cooking knowledge, improves children's life skills and exercises the children's practical ability, but also let them experience the joy of labor.
