寝室生活是孩子们生活不可或缺的一部分，寝室是我们温馨的家园。我们在寝室朝夕相处，一起感受成长的快乐，建立起了最珍贵的友谊。为了监督和引导学生搞好寝室管理，提高我校寝室生活环境的卫生水平，加强学生的思想道德素质建设和寝室精神文明建设，提高学生自身修养。三月一号，我校小学部特开展“展内务风采 创温馨环境”寝室生活技能大赛。

译：Dormitory life is an indispensable part of the children. The bedroom is our sweet home. We experience the joy of growing up together, and set up the most precious friendship in the bedroom. In order to supervise and guide the students to perform well,to build up a more healthy dormitory environment,and  to improve students' self-cultivation, the Primary School of our school held a dormitory Life skills contest entitled "Create a Warm Environment by Displaying the Elegance of Internal Affairs" on March 1st.

随着起床的哨声吹响，孩子们一个鲤鱼打挺纷纷坐了起来，熟练地抓住背角——展开、铺平、对折......不一会儿，一个“豆腐块儿”便跃然床上。叠好被子以后，细心的孩子们还不忘把毯子铺平、枕头摆好。

译：As the whistle blew up, the children got up quickly and expertly made the bed.After a while, the quilts were neatly folded. After folding the bed, the children did not forget to tidy up the blankets and pillows.

整理好床上的物品以后，孩子们便迅速下床，穿好鞋子，再把床底的鞋子摆整齐。然后来到阳台整理洗漱用品，眼花缭乱之间一个个漱口杯摆放得整整齐齐，一张张毛巾挂得规规矩矩，所有洗漱用品就像正在接受检阅的战士一样昂首挺胸......

译：After arranging the bed, the children quickly got out of beds, put on their shoes, and arranged their shoes under the beds.Then they went to the balcony to organize the toiletries, mouthwash cups and towels. All the toiletries were in order.

结束的哨声一吹响，孩子们便立刻站在床边等待评委打分。看着焕然一新的宿舍，物品摆放得整齐划一，评委老师们也露出了欣慰的笑容，拿出打分表，庄重地写下一个个分数。

译：As soon as the final whistle blew, the children stood by their bed waiting for the judges. The objects in the dormitories placed neatly. The judges took out the score table, and wrote down  the score with satisfied smiles.

“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，从入学时的什么都不会到现在能够把自己的小窝整理得条理分明，这背后是我们的生活妈妈们永远不知疲倦地指导，不厌其烦地手把手教授。

译："One minute on stage, ten years off stage". From the time of entering school, nothing can be done on their own. But now they are able to organize their bedrooms in order. Thanks to our life teachers for their tireless guidance.

今天孩子们学会动手整理好自己的一方小天地，来日它必将铺成孩子们幸福生活的画卷！
