有那么一群可爱可亲的人，每天用言传身教感染身边的每一个人，春风化雨，润物无声。有那么一群可敬可佩的人，他们的美丽不像昙花一现，而似冬青常绿，一年四季散发着独特魅力，他们都有一个共同的名字，叫班主任。

译：There is such a group of lovely and amiable people who teach by personal example as well as verbal instruction. They are respectable. Their beauty is not like a flash in the pan, but an evergreen like the Holly, all the year round with a unique charm. They all have a common name, called headteacher.

班主任是学校德育工作的主力军，为了进一步提高我校小学部班主任业务素质，提高班主任的管理水平，3月13日下午我校小学部召开了班主任工作论坛，旨在给全体班主任提供一个学习交流的平台，不断丰富我校班主任工作的经验和技巧，努力提高班主任工作的能力和水平，达到共同进步，共同提高之目的。

译：The headteachers are the main force of moral education in the school. In order to further improve the professional quality and the management level of the headteachers, the primary school of our school held a headteacher work forum on the afternoon of March 13th, aiming at providing a platform for all headteachers to learn and communicate, and constantly enriching the work experience and skills of the headteachers in our school.

会上杜洁老师就自己的班主任管理经验进行了分享。杜洁老师在班级管理方面有自己的明确目标，低年级重点在习惯的落地，从路队的训练、就餐礼仪的培养、课前准备等方面，将工作做得细、做得精，足以见得杜洁老师对工作的认真态度。

译：At the meeting, Ms. Du Jie shared her management experience as a headteacher. Ms. Du Jie has her own clear goals in class management. She thinks that the lower grades should focus on the implementation of habits. From the training of the road team, the cultivation of dining etiquette to the preparation before class, she does the work carefully and well, which is enough to show Ms. Du Jie's serious attitude towards work.

除了抓常规教育之外，杜洁老师还是一个富有智慧的人，她将《孙子兵法》中经典妙计转化为自己的治班之道：如“擒贼先擒王”，杜老师将其转化“治娃先治心”，从孩子的心理角度方面入手。一个孩子、一个班级，只有你真正了解每个孩子的性格特点，找到适合教育他的方法，因材指教，才能真正意义上做好班主任，做好教育。

译：Du Jie is a wise person. She transforms the classic wisdom in The Art of War into her own teaching methods: for example, "To catch bandits, first catch the ringleader.", Du transforms it into "first educate children’s heart ". Only you really understand the characteristics of each child, find a suitable way to educate him, then you can be a good headteacher

对每一名老师来讲，你的学生可能在你的班级里是百分之一，但对于每个家庭来讲，这个孩子就是百分之百。我们每个班主任的背后都是无数个家庭，无数双父母期盼的眼睛。听了杜洁老师的分享，每位班主任也觉得受益良多。

译：For every teacher, the student may be one percent in your class, but for every family, this child is one hundred percent. Behind each of headteacher are countless families and countless expectations. After listening to Du Jie's sharing, every headteacher felt benefited a lot.

“他山之石，可以攻玉，”希望班主任们在今后的工作中能更多地交流与学习，凝聚力量，共享教育智慧，找到适合自己亦适合学生的爱生之路。用爱心、耐心、责任心去管理好学生，管理好班级，做学生家门口最好的教育。

译："The stones of those hills may be used to polish gems," I hope that the headteachers can communicate and learn more in the future work.  Teachers should manage the students, manage the class, give children the best education with their love, patience and responsibility.
