为积极推进语文课程改革，促进教师们更新观念、改善教学方式，引导学生在真实的语言运用情境中，通过积极的语言实践，积累语言经验，培养语言文字运用能力，促进教师专业成长，促进学校的发展。本月6日至15日，我校小学部开展了第二届语文“伟志杯”教学大比武活动。

三尺讲台存日月，一支粉笔写春秋。比赛过程中，十四名参赛教师结合学生特点，积极探索，大胆创新，运用多种教学手段，充分调动学生的积极性。课堂上，彰显出课堂改革的效果，以学生自主学习为原则，以师生互动、生生互动为导向，使学生在教学过程中的主体地位得到充分发挥，让课堂充满了生机与活力。

九节习作课，节节妙趣横生。赛前，各位参赛选手精心设计、细致准备、大胆创新，用心研课，大家齐心合力聚焦教研，碰撞出智慧的火花。参赛选手在赛场上，展示了独到的构思，呈现出异样的精彩，充分展现了各自扎实的教学基本功。新颖独特的习作课教学内容丰富，贴近学生年段特点，让学生有话可说，有内容可写，课堂活泼而有序，学生易于动笔，乐于写作。
