苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过，一个好校长，就是一所好学校，而一个优秀的班主任就会有一个优秀的班集体。

班主任是学生学习生活中重要的引领者，班主任的德才学识、情感人格、言行举止都在潜移默化中影响着学生。为进一步加强学校班主任队伍建设，提高我校班主任队伍的管理能力和水平，促进班主任的专业发展，建设一支具有优良素质的的班主任队伍，2023年3月11日—3月12日，重庆市涪陵外国语学校组织学习小组，赴重庆参加“全国中小学中职学校新时期班主任带班育人方略与自主化管理高级研修班”。本次培训小组由涪陵外国语学校校长魏昌龙牵头，学校德育分管领导、党总支副书记姚珊担任组长。此次小组成员由我校初中部德育主任彭红军、高中部团委书记魏鑫、年级组长以及优秀青年班主任构成。

The moral ability, knowledge, emotional personality, words and deeds of the head teacher all influence students imperceptibly.In order to further strengthen the construction of the school's class teacher team, improve the management ability and level of our school's class teacher team, promote the professional development of class teachers and build a team of class teachers with excellent quality, Chongqing Fuling Foreign Chinese School organized a study group to participate in the "National Primary and Secondary School Secondary Vocational School Class Teacher Education Strategy and Autonomous Management Advanced Seminar in the New Era" in Chongqing from March 11 to March 12, 2023.The training team was led by Wei Changlong, principal of Fuling Foreign Chinese School, and Yao Shan, the group leader . And the group members are Peng Hongjun from Middle School, Wei Xin from High School and so on.

3月11日上午，参训教师认真聆听了全国知名班主任，央视节目嘉宾、湖南卫视“叮咚上线老师好”知识分享官，全国卓越班主任最具创新力获得者李佟老师所作的《以综合实践活动引领学生全面发展》精彩讲座。李老师性格开朗、语言幽默风趣。李老师从研学旅行、拓宽视野，戏曲实践、提升素养两个方面结合自身的工作经历讲述了个人教育选择、教育方法和教育收获，展现了当班主任的收获和幸福，全面阐释了师德、师爱的深刻内涵。

11日下午，全国知名优秀班主任、全国知名德育专家、全国名家论坛、教师研修网特聘专家，河南省最具智慧力、最具影响力班主任张胜利老师作了《班级管理智慧与常见问题处理》讲座，张老师从为师之道，立德树人、班级创意与管理智慧、班级常见问题的处理三个方面阐述了如何建设一个优秀班集体，让参训教师学会了作为一名班主任如何运用沟通艺术与不同人群共成长，掌握了创建优秀班级的技能。

3月12日上午，教育部中小学骨干教师远程培训项目专题课程主持专家、全国职业院校学生工作者联席会副理事长，国培计划明星讲师齐德才老师作了《柔性管理视野下的班级文化建设》讲座。齐老师从什么是班级文化？班级文化的特点，班级文化的作用，班级文化的打造四个方面展开了论述，齐老师结合自身经验，详细阐述了每个方面的要点，让参训教师学会了作为一名班主任如何打造班级文化。

3月12日下午，陕西师范大学心理健康教育硕士、西安交通大学教育哲学博士生、陕西省小学初中高中心理健康教育统编教材主编刘鹏老师作了《双减背景下的三个课堂建设》，刘老师从班主任带班育人所需的核心素养、如何构建“双减”下带班育人方略和如何高水平实施带班育人方略三个方面谈了自己对育人方略的理解，指出班主任应依据学生成长和发展需求，参照学校的办学理念，制定自己的班级建设和学生教育目标，系统筹划班级各项工作，有计划分阶段地落实教育计划，实现教育目标。让参训教师深刻感受到教育，需要责任、情感，更需要专业、智慧。

怀着一份憧憬而来，带着十分满足回去。一次学习，一次积累，一场修为，这些名师的讲座，犹如一盏明灯为我们指引了方向，同时也给我们留下了深刻的思考。让我们在班主任专业化发展道路上且行且思，朝着成为一名具有教育情怀的智慧型班主任，成为孩子们健康成长的引路人而幸福行走吧！
